History is the most accurate prognosticator for the future. But, like the knowledgeable old professor at university, is rarely listened to. But if this is taken a couple of steps further, it is the Bible that explains the weakness of an imperfect humanity to never learn from history. History is a desert of tried and broken ideals. Always, these ideals are murdered and left to rot by a new generation. All is new and untried by generation after generation and this is the reason that we never progress toward Nirvana. Instead, we end up in Las Vegas.
Now that I have painted a fairly bleak picture of humans striving for peace I want to bring up the Bible and the Middle East. We know that our language is derived from Indo-European flow. From the Middle East to Europe and then on to America our English comes from that region eons ago. This is also where Adam and Eve were created in Eden near the confluence of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. This was the beginning and this is where original sin was first committed. The eating of the fruit of the tree of knowledge.
This is also where the Bible tells us this world of ours will end, the Middle East. I give you Iran and Israel. I also give you Russia and China who are kings of the north and south merging now in the Middle East along with America and Israel. Armageddon is an actual place near Israel, the Valley of Megiddo.
Now, I give you president Biden who is as ineffectual a liar as has ever been president. I recall telling my wife when Biden was elected that this may be what it takes for America to wake the hell up. More, a good perusal of the Bible might also prepare some few with a reality mocked for thousands of years and that is the accuracy of the Bible as applies to the history that actually matters to humanity. A history as compiled by God for us to pay heed to. Our history is a broken record, in case you wonder why we repeat our own idiocy over and over again.
